Children's Data — Arithlon Schools
Data minimization, controlled institutional access and separation between training activity and the child’s private life.
These documents describe the general Arithlon Schools framework. For a client organization, the signed agreement, schedules, applicable offer/PriceBook and data-protection agreements prevail for specific commercial and operational terms.

1. Arithlon Schools model
Standard institutional training is staff-led and shared-device. A student does not need an individual login for a training session at a school or center. Contractual and operational accounts belong to authorized organization staff.
2. Minimum data
The standard profile does not require the student’s date of birth, email, phone number, medical data or parent contact details.
- first name and last name;
- status;
- organization and location;
- group/pedagogical assignment;
- optional external reference;
- configurations, answers, results, timing, assessment/Placement and progress needed for enabled functions;
- results and metadata strictly required for worksheets/Generator.
3. Institutional control and tenant isolation
Student access is restricted server-side by tenant, location, role and scope. UI filtering is not a security mechanism. Downloads and Generator operations revalidate the actor and scope before execution.
4. Organization responsibility
The customer organization must enter only necessary data, provide applicable notices and legal basis, and correctly administer staff roles. Specific GDPR roles and processing instructions are established in the agreement/DPA before operational use with real data.
5. Generator and materials
Printed identification should use only the approved display name/alias or name from the institutional profile without unnecessary extra data. Generator payloads do not include student email, phone, DOB or parent data. Materials are intended for the organization’s educational activity with declared students.
6. Sandbox
In demo-business.arithlon.com all identities and results are fictitious, isolated and automatically reset. The demonstration environment must not be supplied with real child data.
7. Sponsored Family — private progress boundary
An organization sponsoring Family access sees only the commercial status required to administer the seat and billing. The child’s private Family progress is not exposed to the organization by default. Any future migration to Sponsored Arithlon Kids requires a separate contract/change request and does not alter this rule until activated.
8. Advertising, profiling and comparisons
Arithlon Schools is ad-free. Student data is not sold and is not used for commercial profiling or behavioral advertising. Any comparative/ranked functionality is subject to explicit product rules and is not enabled for children by default through these terms.
