Commercial Terms — Arithlon Schools

1. Product separation

• Arithlon Schools Core: institutional free plan in the current structure;
• Founding 50: the first 50 eligible organizations keep Schools Core, Worksheet Generator and Homework V1 free while the organization account remains active and compliant with the program terms;
• Sponsored Family: separate paid entitlement through which an organization may sponsor eligible Family access;
• Future premium capabilities are not automatically included in Founding 50.

2. Schools plan capacity

Base capacity for Founding and Standard is 1 active location, up to 100 active students and up to 5 active staff accounts, including the Director. Standard includes 15 active app/Homework connections; each additional active connection costs EUR 1 per active student/month. Exceeding 100 students, 1 location or 5 staff does not cancel Founding status for the base capacity; additional capacity moves to an Organization plan. Inactive/archived records do not consume capacity.

3. Founding 50 · Core, Generator and Homework V1

The first 50 eligible organizations that secure Founding status keep Arithlon Schools Core, Worksheet Generator and Homework V1 without a recurring charge while the organization account remains active, is genuinely used and complies with Arithlon terms. Status is tied to the organization that earned it, is non-transferable, cannot be resold and cannot be assigned to another organization without Arithlon’s written approval. No card or automatic charge is required for these rights.

Founding status is secured by the first valid Homework assignment sent to a linked Player. Publicly, the program includes up to 1,000 printed worksheets per month through the Worksheet Generator. An account with no genuine use for 180 days may be considered inactive after notice; fraud, abuse, resale of access or serious breaches of the terms may cause loss of Founding status. Sponsored Family and future premium capabilities remain separate unless explicitly included by a later commercial decision.

Founding organizations allow Arithlon to use the organization name and logo as a customer reference. After 60–90 days of genuine use, Arithlon may request reasonable cooperation on a case study; publication of case-study content is agreed with the organization. Identifiable child data is not included without the required separate authorization.

4. Price, currency and PriceBook

Standard has a reference price of EUR 49/month and includes 15 active app/Homework connections; each additional active connection costs EUR 1 per active student/month. Equivalent RON/USD values and any Organization-plan conditions are defined through the applicable PriceBook or offer before ordering. A PriceBook update does not retroactively change an already paid period except where permitted by contract or law.

5. Payment and activation

Free Arithlon Schools requires no card. Web payments for paid entitlements are processed through Stripe on the active channel; other methods may be offered separately when implemented. Arithlon does not collect or store the full card number or CVV.

A paid entitlement is activated after valid payment confirmation or after confirmation/reconciliation of the applicable commercial method.

6. Invoicing and tax

Payment confirmation and access entitlement are separate from the fiscal workflow. Invoices and corrections are issued through the operator’s fiscal workflow, including FGO and RO e-Factura/ANAF where applicable.

7. Refunds, chargebacks and entitlement

Refund requests for a paid entitlement should be sent to contact@arithlon.com, preferably from the organization account email, identifying the organization, product/payment and order or invoice number where available.

Approved card refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method. Access, sponsored seats or allowance associated with the payment may be adjusted according to the product, consumption and covered period. Fiscal corrections are issued where required.

If a payment is disputed or charged back, the related entitlement may be suspended pending resolution. Usage and audit history is not destructively rewritten.

8. Sponsored Family and data separation

Sponsored Family is separate from Schools and Schools Generator. The sponsoring organization receives only the commercial information needed to administer sponsorship and does not automatically receive private Family progress. Applicable commercial terms are those shown or contracted before ordering.
