Terms of Use — Arithlon Schools

1. Operator and applicability

Arithlon Schools is operated by DEROND VENTURES SRL, registered office at 26A Valea Seacă Street, Valu lui Traian, 907300, Constanța County, Romania, Tax ID (CUI) 55505329, Trade Register J2026052043008.

For B2B customers, the signed agreement, commercial schedules, DPA and applicable offer supplement these terms and prevail for specifically negotiated conditions.

2. Service scope

Arithlon Schools provides institutional administration, roles and access, rosters/groups, staff-led training, student profiles and results, Worksheet Generator, usage, audit and reporting within active features and entitlements.

Arithlon Schools Core is free in the current structure. For eligible Founding 50 organizations, Worksheet Generator and Homework V1 are included with Core while the organization account remains active and compliant with the program terms. Sponsored Family, Family Generator and future premium capabilities remain distinct entitlements also governed by the Commercial Terms.

3. Accounts, roles and security

• Staff accounts are named and must not be shared.
• Rights are limited server-side by organization, location, role and pedagogical scope.
• The organization is responsible for maintaining authorized users and removing access when no longer required.
• Bypassing security controls or attempting to access another organization is prohibited.

4. Institutional and student data

The organization must enter only necessary data and ensure the applicable legal basis and notices for student and staff data. Controller/processor roles and processing instructions are defined by contract and applicable data-protection documents.

Data access is tenant-isolated and revalidated server-side; UI filtering is not treated as a security boundary.

5. Availability, maintenance and technical incidents

Arithlon Schools is an online service and may occasionally experience interruptions, performance degradation or other technical issues due to maintenance, updates, technical incidents or causes outside the operator’s reasonable control.

DEROND VENTURES SRL uses reasonable efforts to diagnose and remedy incidents under its control as quickly as reasonably possible, depending on their nature and severity. Technical issues can be reported to contact@arithlon.com. Reports should, where possible, describe the issue and time observed without passwords or unnecessary child data.

This clause does not limit mandatory rights or obligations, or any service levels agreed in a separate contract.

6. Demonstration environment

The Arithlon Schools sandbox uses fictional data, isolated sessions and automatic resets. It must not be used for real student, staff or organization data and does not create real commercial entitlements.

7. Intellectual property

The Arithlon name, visual identity, code, product structure, proprietary training and worksheet engines and proprietary materials are protected by applicable rights. Use is licensed only for the purposes permitted by the product and contract.

8. Suspension and termination

The operator may suspend access for fraud, abuse, security risk, contractual breach, non-payment relating to a paid entitlement or legal obligation. Termination effects and data handling are governed by the applicable agreement and law.

9. Related documents

Commercial Terms govern paid products and entitlements. Acceptable Use sets operational and anti-abuse limits. Privacy, Cookies and Children’s Data documents describe the relevant data rules.

10. Governing law and contact
